Hoan Kiem Lake in my heart
One of the most famous landmarks in Hanoi is Hoan Kiem Lake. Not only does it represent the heart of the old capital city, but it also is the popular historical and legendary beauty-spot. I am really interested in Hoan Kiem Lake because of some following reasons.
Firstly, it is undeniable that Hoan Kiem Lake is an ideal place to visit when people have free time. In the early morning, you can see a lot of people do their exercises such as: jogging, walking, performing tai chi and so on. Besides, lakeside is a great place to find a bench and rest after a long walk. You can also enjoy Trang Tien ice cream- a tasty food.
Secondly, Hoan Kiem Lake is a nice place that gets a lot of my unforgettable experience. I used to have a long time here to do volunteer, collect the garbage around the lake and propagandize for people to increase their awareness of protecting the environment. Moreover, there are many foreigners here, so that it is useful for students like me to practise speaking English with them.
In conclusion, Hoan Kiem Lake where you can come to socialize, to talk, or just to relax is the soul of Hanoi capital – one of the beautiful scenic spots in Vietnam.
